Arrivals

Our normal check-in time is 3pm but if you plan to arrive earlier or later please let us know in advance. A surcharge of £30 will be applied for room occupancy from 12pm, or for check-out after 11am.

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards and take a 30% deposit to secure your reservation. This is non-refundable. Cancellation within 7 days of first night booked will incur the full charge. Cancellation after booking but more than 7 days before arrival date will incur a charge for the first night of the booking.

Car Parking

We have four private car parking spaces available behind The Boat House, via Frogmore Gardens. After parking please use the stairs in the alleyway on the far side of our car park to reach Gosport Street, turn left and you will see the front entrance of the b&b. The garden and rear entrance of The Boat House are private.

Children

One of the attractions of The Boat House is its calm atmosphere, please contact us to enquire about children staying.

Dogs

We are able to accommodate one well-behaved dog in the Scarlet Room by prior arrangement, at a charge of £10 .
